It is raining today and you can feel the autumn coming here in Dublin. But i hope the sunny days will come back.
I would like to write a bit about Coconut Oil and my new discovery Crystallised Coconut Nectar.

COCONUT OIL

I am using this oil for a long time. This oil is multi-use. I use it for frying, especially to make pancakes, because its characteristic flavour make them taste really good, you have to try it. Also I use it as my body moisturiser and I have to admit that this is so good, makes my skin soft and hydrated. It can be used as hair oil because is able to bind to the natural protein structure of the hair. This helps the hair retain its natural moisture content and reinforces the hair fiber, making it stronger.
For external uses,refined coconut oil will work, but for internal use, an unrefined virgin coconut oil is best.

Olej kokosowy używam od dłuższego czasu, polecam go znajomym bo jest naprawdę świetny i wielofunkcyjny. Nierafinowany olej stosuję w kuchni. Używam go tylko do smażenia, szczególnie naleśników, gdyż jego charakterystyczny posmak sprawia ,że są one naprawdę pyszne.
Rafinowany olej kokosowy stosuję natomiast do nawilżenia mojego ciała i muszę przyznać, że jest bardzo skuteczny, czyni skórę miękką i nawilżoną. Może być również stosowany jako odżywka do włosów , pomaga utrzymać ich naturalną wilgotność, wzmacnia włókna, przez co włosy stają się mocniejsze.

CRYSTALLISED COCONUT NECTAR

Because I can’t drink unsweetened coffee I was looking for something to replace sugar and I found Crystallised Coconut Nectar which is granulated from the sweet nectar of coconut blossom. Coconut Nectar is really delicious. It’s pure and natural, unrefined, unfiltered, unbleached, contains no additives or preservatives, and makes brilliant guilt-free, sugar replacement. Has a light golden colour. I use it as a normal sugar. I really recommend it.

Nie potrafię wypić gorzkiej kawy, szukałam więc czegoś do zastąpienia cukru i natknęłam się na skrystalizowany nektar kokosowy. Jest to granulowany nektar z kwiatu kokosa i co najważniejsze nie zawiera żadnych dodatków i konserwantów , no i jest bardzo smaczny.
